We ship only to these countries. If yours isn't listed, checkout will block the order — we'd rather not take your money for a package that may not arrive.
PROCESSING AND TRACKING
Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends may ship the following Monday.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel moves. You can also find the tracking information on the order details page.
Tracking can appear to pause for several days mid-transit. This is normal for international shipping and does not mean the parcel is lost.
WHAT ARRIVES
100% discreetly. A plain box. No branding, no product images, no company name that indicates the contents. The sender name is neutral and the customs label describes the contents generically.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Tracking stalled for more than 10 days? Marked delivered but nothing arrived? Email us — we chase the carrier ourselves. If a parcel is genuinely lost, we reship or refund. You don't have to fight anyone.
WANT TO CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you find your shipping address is wrong, email us immediately! We'll help you change your address before shipping. Please note that we can't change your address once the item has been dispatched.
